What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping by carrier within 24 hours / hand deliveries at the studio / free delivery in Vila do Conde and Povoa de Varzim

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship throughout Europe via carrier with deliveries to Spain (24/48h) rest of Europe (4/5 working days).

Payments

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Portugal: You can make payments via mBWAY or bank transfer. Europe: you can do it through PAYPAL or bank transfer.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

A fee may be charged when requiring customs clearance as is the case for the Balearic Islands. when this is the case, you will be contacted through an email from us.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Portugal: you should contact us via email to request a return with the respective reason. Pickup will be scheduled with our carrier with additional shipping charges. Rest of Europe: we do not collect, however if there is any damage to the item due to transport, please contact us via email to find the best solution for both parties

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

The return will be made as soon as we receive the item without any kind of damage. Upon receipt, the amount will be returned within 24 hours in the same form as the payment made.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel an order, we request that you contact us via email, identifying the order number in the subject line. With regard to the changes, you can carry out the ones you wish up to the moment you check the order in the shopping cart. If you have not done so, you can contact us via the email identified on the page with the order number in the subject line.
